Dennis has lived in Grass Valley, and western Nevada county for the past 40 years. Moved to Rio Rancho in October 2020. He served as a Grass Valley Volunteer Fire Fighter for two decades. After retiring from a career in the Auto Tech industry. Dennis pursued his passion, and in 2006 began selling real estate. Over the years Dennis has watched the market fluctuate, and as it goes up and down, his marketing plan adjust accordingly. He enjoys assisting first time home buyers, ensuring each transaction runs smoothly. Sellers making a move to a larger home, or downsizing for retirement, continue to benefit from his experience. Recently Dennis received the RE/Max Executive Club Award for outstanding sale performance. Dennis gives back to his profession: Multiple Listing Service Committee, Legislative Affairs Committee Chairman, NCAOR Grievance Committee Member. Dennis received NCAOR President’s Award 2015. In addition to using a Professional Transaction Coordinator, Dennis Hicks’s team includes his wife of 50+ years, Pamela.
